Christkindl Market has been known for cherishing German Christmas tradition with workshops, music, holiday cheer, gifts and local charm. This four-day event keeps the community and social groups together where every groups of every age enjoy their time and create end number of memories with friends and family. Till date, this award-winning festival has been attracting 35,000 visitors across North America.
Interesting Fact: The market has now become a hub for small-scale vendors where they get an opportunity to offer the best of their products. From food, handmade crafts to Christmas gifts and more.
Our 2020 Mission:
Christkindl Market believes in providing the best of experiences during the Christmas holiday cheer. Our mission is clear- Surround everyone in the rich heritage of German Christmas tradition and let each enjoy at one virtual place. Our focus is
- To create the similar in-person experience through online live show.
- Raise $3,000 for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region through patron donations.
Who all we target?
Although this market is to enjoy for everyone, but the little ones should be left behind. The market directs its attention towards creating fun activities and learning workshops for Families with Kids (7- 13 years). Also, we aim at grabbing some perceptive attention of Women (30-45 years) as we know they love handmade stuff- ornaments, accessories and clothes.
Based on these two groups, we’ll be trying to shortlist our vendor list and offer the ultimate Christmas season in the town.
What we want to deliver to our special ones!
Our Key Message: This 2020, Christkindl is all about bridging distances and bringing the community together virtually in this pandemic situation.
Apart from raising funds for Food Bank, we also aim to receive at least 100 registrations every day with love this holiday season.
